Inspired by Faversham

To capture what makes Faversham special, we of course had to start with a subtle nod to the town's prestigious brewing history. A subtle note of hops announces itself in the dry-down to create a bold scent anchored to a strong identity.

We build the fragrance up from there with sharp carbonated citruses, and creamy, lifelike, neroli flower, to create a sophisticated but easy-to-wear fragrance suitable for the market town's original royal patrons.

Brilliant citrus!

When i got my discovery set of the histories collection, this and Chartwell were the 2 stand puts from the start.
When i saw the price was £35, it was a no brainer to buy a bottle of this bright, citrus forward scent.

The dry down on this has a different note of hops to it which is great and reminds me of my first home away from my parents which was in Faversham (brewing capital of Kent).

Can highly recommend this bold citrus forward, masculine scent. I have had it on for 4 hours now and it is still going strong!

Well worth taking a chance

I'm not a great user of fragrances. At least I wasn't. Thought I might have a change. The idea of buying an unknown may seem risky, but the descriptions are full and very evocative. The postal packaging is sturdy and well designed, so the product arrived safely. I decided to try Maison Dieu and Chartwell. I have no regrets. Both are fabulous, long lasting, and make me feel good. Will definitely buy again.

This is the second time I've bought Maison Dieu for my Mum as she's fallen in love with it. She says that it's beautifully fresh, lasts well and reminds her of summer even on cold winter days - and she's usually hard to please!! I'm sure this won't be my last purchase for her.
