Chartwell

I bought their sample pack about a year ago and then three fragrances, two for Christmas presents and a Chartwell for myself as I really like it. I decided to order the larger bottle on the 28th September this year but, by the 10th October (12 days late) it still hadn't arrived so I e-mailed Edenbridge asking where my order was but had no reply, On the 13th Oct I had two e-mails, "shipping status has been updated" & "your order is on the way" Then on the 15th I had another two e-mails "out for delivery" & "it's been delivered" but no sign of an apology/explanation as to why it was late and I had had to chase them up to get my order. so, disappointed with their customer service, but still love their fragrances.

I'm a regular user of the Chartwell fragrance, I like it's mature and woody notes. It always frustrated me that I had to destroy the box to open it (the glue was too strong) but the latest box was sealed with a label and survives to be used for sending gifts in to friends and family. Good job!

Have worn it twice and had positive comments both times. Might be a bit too exotic for Winnie to use himself, a lovely long lasting rich aroma suitable for all occasions
